Excellent place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. On my first visit, they helped with local delivery options that I still remember. Highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Very nice, helpful management, excellent central location of the hotel. quiet, small rooms to the inner courtyard, on the street it is rather too loud. Varied and rich breakfast

The breakfast is varied with plenty of dishes. Compact and adequate rooms, that have essentials you need. Its location to Baker St underground is brilliant and handy.

For 3-star hotel very good breakfast. The subway stop Baker-Street is close by, so you can get to all the sights quickly by subway.
The rooms (esp. carpet) should be renewed. In the breakfast room there was little space, it's London.

Staff very friendly, shower worked well (essential!), hairdryer in room, room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable.
Breakfast offering was rubbish. Needs more variety - only full fat milk to go with cereal! And fruit - only a bowl of unappetising looking apples. No cooked breakfast seemed available, only a strange bowl of hard- boiled eggs. Towels in rooms are way too small!

Recommend it for solo travelers on a budget
The espresso was excellent, really hit the spot after a long journey. And they even let me help myself to tea, coffee and fruit when I arrived, nice.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I needed.

Allowed to, leave the luggage all day and pick up later. My travelling companion was allowed to go back to the hotel in the afternoon after checking out in the morning and have a cup of tea in the lounge.
Carpets are in desperate need of replacement. This is a small hotel giving it somewhat of a pokey feel to it

Really good location near Baker Street.
The bathroom was minuscule and freezing, with no heater.

I enjoyed the quiet location of the Americana. A friendly reception from the staff set a pleasant tone. The breakfast spread impressed me. There were fresh juices, good coffee, and a variety of pastries. Meeting other travelers during breakfast contributed to a nice atmosphere. The room felt cramped. My view was a wall with limited light. The bathroom was tiny, with a shower that required some gymnastics to access. Cleaning was satisfactory, but the room's tired appearance was noticeable, and the high soap dispenser was quite inconvenient. While I appreciated the price point, this room's layout and conditions could use significant improvements to elevate the experience.
